The directions on this casserole couldn't be easier. Mix all of the ingredients in a pan and bake. It's Gooo-od!
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack into 2-quart casserole. Pour the broth OR water over the top; cover. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 8.
- 1 lb Purnell’s “Old Folks” Medium or Hot Pork Sausage
- 3 cups diced raw potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill
