4-6 Purnell’s “Old Folks” Old Fashioned Franks
3 cups fresh pineapple wedges
1 red onion, sliced into small pieces
1 package of buns
Begin by heating up the grill to a medium temperature.
Toss pineapples and onions in a small amount of olive oil. Lightly season with sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook over the fire using a large grilling skillet until tender.
Then grill the franks until light golden brown and cooked through.
Place the franks in buns and top with pineapple mixture.
