1 lb Purnell’s “Old Folks” Chorizo Sausage
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
16 oz. jar of salsa
Cook sausage in skillet on medium heat. Break up sausage and stir until thoroughly cooked. Mix sausage with 1 pound of Velveeta cheese, and microwave until cheese is melted. Serve with desired chips. For extra flavor, add one jar salsa. Add liquid (water or milk) for desired thickness.
