Sausage-Onion Turkey Stuffing
You're gonna want to make this stuffing to have with your bird when your family gathers around the table. It's Gooo-od!
Directions
Sauté celery and onion in butter. Soak currants in orange juice for 10 minutes, drain. Fry and drain sausage. Combine all ingredients and stuff a 12 or 14 lb. Turkey. Cook turkey as directed on package.

- 1 lb. Purnell’s Hot Country Sausage
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1 medium yellow onion, minced
- 8 cups stale bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme, marjoram, sage
- 1/4 cup orange juice
