Sausage Marinara Sauce
Our Purnell's Italian Sausage, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, diced and marinara sauce. Your family will love it.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned and thoroughly heated, about 10-12 minutes; drain and set aside. Add garlic and onion to skillet and cook over medium heat until onion has softened.
In a slow cooker, add sausage and onion/garlic mix. Stir in sauce, chopped peppers, carrots and potatoes.
Cook on Low setting for 8 hours. Potatoes and carrots should but softened but not mushy.

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 jar marinara sauce
