Sausage Hash

Here's another hash recipe made with our Original Country Sausage (Medium), white onion, carrots, orange pepper and potatoes.


In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
Add diced potatoes to the skillet and fry until softened, about 10 minutes.  Add the onion, carrots and orange pepper; cook until tender.
Stir in the sausage and seasoning.
Reduce heat to low and cook until lightly browned and heated, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  • 1 lb Original Country Sausage (Medium)
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 orange pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • red pepper flakes
