Sausage filled Spaghetti Squash

Our Original Country Sausage (Medium), spaghetti squash, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese. This recipe is Gooo-od!


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Wrap each half in plastic wrap and cook individually in microwave until tender, 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a large skillet ober medium heat, thoroughly cook sausage, crumbling while it cooks. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender. Stir in marinara sauce.

Remove squash strands from shells with a fork, keeping shells intact. Add strands to sausage mixture and then spoon filling back into shells.

Sprinkle with cheese and place on baking sheet. Bake until heated thoroughly, about 20 minutes.


  • 1 lb Original Country Sausage (Medium)
  • 1 4 lb spaghetti squash
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
