Sausage and Apple Pie
Fill an unbaked pie crust, with our Purnell's Original Country Sausage (Medium), apple pie filling and shredded cheese. "It's Gooo-od!"
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and brown until no longer pink. Drain and add apple filling.
Place mixture in thawed pie crust and then top with shredded cheese.
Bake pie for 25-30 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
- 1 unbaked pie crust, thawed
- 1 lb Purnell’s Original Country Sausage (Medium)
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
