Salsa Quiche with Sausage
Try this quiche recipe with our Purnell's Hot Country Sausage, jalapeno, large eggs, salsa, cheddar cheese in a 9" pastry shell. "It's Gooo-od!"
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and jalapeno and cook thoroughly, until no longer pink. Drain and crumble into pastry shell.
In a small mixing bowl, lightly beat the 3 eggs. Stir in the salsa and set aside.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over sausage mixture then pour eggs and salsa over cheese.
Place in heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
top with remaining shredded chesse and bake for 3-5 more minutes, until cheese melts.

- 1 jalapeno, chopped
