Rosemary Potatoes and Sausage

Sliced potatoes, onion, and our Purnell's Turkey Sausage toss together in olive oil and baked with rosemary, salt and pepper. Simple and Gooo-od!


Begin by slicing the potatoes into wedges and the sausage into thick slices. Cut the onion into large pieces as well.

Toss together in olive oil and place in ungreased 11×7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Leave uncovered and bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked and potatoes are tender. Be sure to stirr every 15 minutes.

This only serves 2, so double the recipe when cooking for more people!


  • 4 Purnell’s Turkey Sausage Patties, sliced into strips
  • 2 red potatoes
  • 2 yellow potatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig, chopped into fine pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
