Jim Buck’s Taco Dip
Try this 5 ingredient dip made with our Purnell’s Chorizo, Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Salsa and Mexican Cheese. It's Gooo-od!
Brown and drain the chorizo. Spread beans in an 8″ X 11″ casserole or equivalent container. Crumble the chorizo over the beans. Cover beans with sour cream. Cover the sour cream with the salsa. Spread the cheese on top of it all and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then enjoy with your favorite nacho chips.
- 1 lb. Purnell’s “Old Folks” Chorizo
- 1 14 oz. Can Refried Beans
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Your Favorite Salsa
- 8 oz. Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
