Groovy Southwestern Omelet

Your favorite of our Purnell’s Sausage, eggs, onion, green pepper, tomato, milk, Cheddar cheese and hot peppers. It's Gooo-od!


Fry sausage in a small skillet. While the sausage is cooking, mix the three eggs and milk together then pour into a warm greased medium skillet, cook till almost done.

Next, add the onion, pepper, tomato, and cheese to half of the egg.

Then take and fold the other half on top and cover and cook for about 3 or 4 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.


  • ½ lb of your favorite Purnell’s Sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Hot peppers (Optional)
