Chorizo & Veggies

Purnell’s "Old Folks" Chorizo, onion, chopped, tomatoes, diced, tomato sauce, peas, green beans, potato, carrot and more!


Fry Chorizo with onions in a skillet on medium heat. Add oregano and one leaf of laurel. When Chorizo is done, add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add all the remaining ingredients. Turn the temperature down and simmer for 7 minutes. For extra spice add crushed peppers or jalapeno slices. Makes 6 servings.


  • 1lb Purnell’s “Old Folks” Chorizo 
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 14 oz. can of tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. can of peas
  • 8 oz. can of green beans
  • 8 oz can potatoes
  • 8 oz . can of carrots
  • 8 oz. can of corn
  • 1/2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 leaf laurel
  • Salt to taste
