Chorizo Tacos with Lime
Purnell's Chorizo, onion, cilantro, cleaned and chopped in corn tortillas with lime and pico de gallo. It's spicy and Gooo-od!
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the chorizo sausage until cooked thoroughly. Remove sausage and set aside. Add corn tortillas, individually, to skillet and warm each side for 20-30 seconds.
Fill the tortillas with chorizo then top with onions and cilantro. Garnish with lims and salsa on the side.
- 1 pound Purnell’s Chorizo
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, cleaned and chopped
- Corn tortillas
- 4 limes, sliced into wedges
- Fresh Pico de gallo salsa
