Chorizo Tacos with Lime

Purnell's Chorizo, onion, cilantro, cleaned and chopped in corn tortillas with lime and pico de gallo. It's spicy and Gooo-od!


In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the chorizo sausage until cooked thoroughly. Remove sausage and set aside. Add corn tortillas, individually, to skillet and warm each side for 20-30 seconds.

Fill the tortillas with chorizo then top with onions and cilantro. Garnish with limes and salsa on the side.
If you can’t find our Chorizo in your area, you can also substitute Purnells Medium Country Sausage and add your favorite taco seasoning.


  • 1 pound Purnell’s Chorizo
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, cleaned and chopped
  • Corn tortillas
  • 4 limes, sliced into wedges
  • Fresh Pico de gallo salsa
