Chorizo Fajitas


Just fry Chorizo with garlic in a skillet on medium heat. and add vegetables for this recipe. It's Gooo-od!

Directions

Fry Chorizo with garlic in a skillet on medium heat. When Chorizo is done, add peppers, onions, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. Add orange juice, and salt to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1lb Purnell’s “Old Folks” Chorizo 
  • 4-5 green, yellow, red bell peppers
  • 2 large yellow onions, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
