Fry Chorizo with garlic in a skillet on medium heat. When Chorizo is done, add peppers, onions, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. Add orange juice, and salt to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
- 1lb Purnell’s “Old Folks” Chorizo
- 4-5 green, yellow, red bell peppers
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
