Cheesy Bratwurst Casserole

Made with Purnell's “Old Folks” Cooked Bratwurst


6 bratwursts, sliced into 1” pieces
1/2 Tbs oil
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
8 oz green beans
1 onion, chopped
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk or cream

How to Prepare

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a casserole dish and set aside. Bring pot of water to boil and add potatoes. Cook until tender, drain and set aside.

In a skillet, add oil and cook bratwurst over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and add to a large bowl. Mix in potatoes and all remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes.
