Chorizo Jalapeno Poppers
What's Poppin? Our Purnell's Chorizo Sausage stuffed in jalapenos halves. It's Gooo-od!
Mix raw Chorizo, Cream Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes and Dried Onions. Slice Jalapeños in half length wise and remove seeds. Stuff with Chorizo mixture. Cook on grill or in oven
at aproximately 325° for 15 minutes and enjoy!
- 1 Lb Chorizo
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Dried Onions
- Aproximately 18 Jalapeños
