Bologna Pretzel Sandwich

Our Old Fashioned Style Bologna, tomato and egg on a pretzel roll. Try this recipe for lunch. "It's Gooo-od!"


Begin by heating oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Fry bologna slices, flipping over to lightly brown on both sides then set aside. Slightly brown the tomato and sliced pretzel buns on both sides for only 30 seconds, then set aside as well.

Cook the egg however you prefer in the same pan (we recommend over easy) and set aside.

Assemble the sandwich with all of the items, adding mustard, cheese and salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!


  • 5 slices of Old Fashioned Style Bologna
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 slice of cheese (sharp cheddar, provolone, or whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tbs mustard (honey, dijon, or whatever you like)
  • 1 tbs oil (vegetable, canola, or olive)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pretzel Buns
