Apple Sausage Roll
Try our Purnell’s Original Country Sausage (Medium) with apples, bread crumbs, marjoram, onion and cinnamon. Its Gooo-od!
Combine sausage with seasonings and roll on waxed paper, into a rectangle 1/2″ thick. Combine apples, bread crumbs and onion; spread over meat. Roll like a jelly roll and place in baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Serves 8.

- 2 cups diced apples
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp marjoram
- 1 small white onion, diced
- Pinch of cinnamon
