Sausage Ring
Our Purnell’s Original Country Sausage (Medium), milk, cheddar cheese, egg, yellow onion and catsup. It's Gooo-od!
Directions
Mix sausage with all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Place in a buttered foil-lined ring mold. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Drain off fat and invert onto a serving platter. Remove foil and fill the center with scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, or your favorite vegetable. Serves 4.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup minced yellow onion
- 1 tbsp catsup
