Sausage & Wild Rice Casserole

Made with Purnell's “Old Folks” Medium Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Purnell’s "Old Folks" Medium Pork Sausage
  • 1 lb. Purnell’s "Old Folks" hot sausage
  • 1 box "Herb Seasoned White & Wild Rice"
  • 1 small can tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces with liquid
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Velveeta Cheese

How to prepare:

Cook and drain sausage. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 C of cheese. Put into ungreased casserole, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Serves 8
