Sausage and Mushroom Cups

Stuff mini phyllo shells with our Purnell's Original Country Sausage (Medium), mushrooms, garlic, pizza cheese blend basil. "It's Gooo-od!"


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Stir in sausage and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned, heated thoroughly.

Add mushrooms and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

Arrange phyllo cups on ungreased baking sheet. Fill each cup with roughly 1 Tablespoon of mixture. Top each with cheese.

Bake in oven 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and cups are golden brown.


  • 2 packages mini phyllo shells
  • 1/2 lb
  • 1 lb mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg Pizza cheese blend, shredded
  • basil, minced
  • olive oil
