Question 1: What is the expiration of my sausage and what do these numbers mean?

Answer: A JULIAN DATED item is the year and the consecutive number of the day
the product was made on. (Julian Dated items should be sold and stored frozen.)
Julian Dated items are good for 180 days after the day they were made if kept frozen.
Julian dates are YYDDD. So January 1st, 2021 is 21001. December 31st, 2021 is 21365.

Question 2: What is the expiration of my sausage  with “Best If Used By…” label ?

Answer: 30 Days after the Best If Use By: DATE

Question 3: Have you changed your recipe?

Answer: Still made with Premium Cuts of meat and Seasoned just right with
