Sausage & Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Purnell’s "Old Folks" Medium Pork Sausage
- 1 lb. Purnell’s "Old Folks" hot sausage
- 1 box "Herb Seasoned White & Wild Rice"
- 1 small can tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 1 small can mushroom pieces with liquid
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Velveeta Cheese
How to prepare:
Cook and drain sausage. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 C of cheese. Put into ungreased casserole, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Serves 8
